Gina is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of our Cayman Islands office. She has over 14 years of private practice, in-house and regulatory experience in securities and corporate law.
Gina regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and other corporate transactions and as well as on the structuring and formation of private equity and other closed-ended investment funds.
Gina’s practice also involves advising on general corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on corporate governance and compliance.
