Ananya is a senior associate in our Corporate Department. Ananya advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, technology start-ups and venture capital, corporate restructuring, government projects, fundraising, financing and general corporate governance.
Her practice also involves advising on structuring and formation in connection with FinTech transactions, including Blockchain projects and projects involving DAOs, and providing ongoing legal and regulatory input.
