Overview

Amanda is an associate in our Corporate Department of our Cayman Islands office. Her practice includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions.

She also regularly advises multinational corporates, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, founders and management teams on general corporate and governance matters.

Amanda joined Campbells in 2025, having previously practised at a leading Australian law firm.

  • Advising ISPT on its merger with IFM Investors by way of scheme of arrangement, forming an investment manager with AUD$240 billion in total funds under management
  • Advising TPG Capital on the AUD$1.8 billion acquisition of InvoCare Limited, Australia’s biggest funerals and crematoria operator, by scheme of arrangement
  • Advising Orica Mining Services on its AUD$560 million acquisition of Terra Insights, a global mining software and technology provider
  • Advising PAG, a leading independent investment firm in the Asia Pacific region, on its AUD$550 million acquisition of Patties Foods and Vesco Foods.
