Overview

Aliana is an associate in our Corporate Department, based in our Cayman Islands office. She advises on the set-up establishment and formation of Cayman Islands entities.

Aliana joined Campbells in 2020 and upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2025 joined the Corporate group. She has particular expertise and presently specialises in the establishment, structuring and ongoing maintenance and operation of closed and open-ended funds, and has acted, alongside onshore counsel, for a wide variety of clients including large institutions and investment managers as well as medium and smaller, start-up investment managers.
