Campbells LLP acted as Cayman Islands counsel to DNB Bank ASA, New York Branch and a syndicate of lenders in connection with a US$325 million senior secured term loan facility guaranteed by Tidewater Inc. This transaction partially financed the purchase price of 37 platform supply vessels acquired by Tidewater from Solstad Offshore ASA.
Tidewater owns and operates one of the largest fleets of offshore support vessels in the industry, with more than 60 years of experience supporting offshore energy exploration and production activities worldwide.
