Campbells is pleased to announce that, according to the information disclosed in the latest new listing report issued by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the firm is among the top three offshore firms in terms of value of funds raised in the first five months of 2023 from the initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Advising as Cayman legal counsel, attorneys in the Corporate Practice of the Hong Kong office have assisted various Chinese clients in their successful listings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising more than HKD1,000 million in aggregate since January 2023.
Campbells’ IPO team is led by Corporate Partner and Head of PRC Group Jenny Nip, with support from Legal Managers, Chantelle Chan and Benjamin Tao.
