Mark Adams, Counsel, joins the firm from Clifford Chance in Singapore and has extensive experience in corporate, banking and structured finance sectors. Prior to Clifford Chance, Mark previously worked with Norton Rose in London, Paris, Hong Kong and Bahrain.
Simon Thomas, Senior Associate, specialises in the establishment of private equity funds and related investment vehicles. Prior to joining Campbells he was with Mourant Ozannes, Proskauer Rose LLP, and before that, in the funds group of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in London where he represented institutional investors and fund sponsors on private fund matters.
Michael O’Connor, Associate, previously worked at Maples and Calder in Dublin. Michael advises on the establishment and operations of investment funds. He also advises fund service providers including promoters, administrators, custodians and investment managers. Before working at Maples and Calder, Michael spent two years at Mourant Ozannes in Guernsey.
