Campbells is pleased to announce that Edward Rhind has joined its Corporate Practice Group as Partner, leading the shipping and aviation practice across all offices.
Edward has a broad range of experience in asset and structured finance and advises on all types of structures for commercial shipping and aviation assets as well as for superyachts and private jets. He regularly acts for banks, lessors, funds, private equity, family offices and vessel owners in connection with financing, leasing and registration transactions.

Having been based in Asia, Europe and the Americas, Edward has advised major global clients in connection with asset financing and securitisation transactions. He was named in Airline Economics’ 40 Under 40 list.
Prior to joining Campbells, Edward was based at another top Cayman Islands offshore law firm advising on a range of structured finance transactions within shipping and aviation.
