Campbells LLP is pleased to have advised Avianca Group on all Cayman Islands aspects of its offer to exchange its existing senior secured notes for newly issued senior secured notes and its concurrent offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its senior secured notes due 2030, proceeds from which were used to redeem certain of its existing senior secured notes and prepay its LifeMiles Credit Facility.
