Campbells is now pleased to advise on Marshall Islands law in addition to advising on Cayman Islands and BVI law. Following Damien Magee joining the Cayman Islands office, Campbells is now the only offshore firm with an attorney qualified in the Marshall Islands and qualified to advise on matters involving the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
This June, Campbells Partner Guy Manning and his teammates, Craig Noble, Russell Crumpler and Sudarshan Ratnavelu, will attempt to ride non-stop across the USA, in one of the most respected ultra-endurance events in the world, Race Across America (RAAM).

Campbells have recently acted for the ad hoc Steering Committee of Noteholders of Winsway Enterprises Holdings Limited (the “Company”) on issues of BVI law arising from the Company’s successful multi-jurisdictional restructuring of more than US$350 million of debt governed by New York law. The Company, which is incorporated in the BVI, registered in Hong Kong as a non-Hong Kong company and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is one of the leading suppliers of imported coking coal into mainland China.
