Campbells is looking for a seasoned, professional Corporate Administrator to join our dynamic BVI team. The ideal candidate will bring experience, maturity, and a high level of professionalism to help us maintain excellence in corporate services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Administrator/Team Leader, the Corporate Administrator’s (CA) primary responsibilities include:
- The administration of various portfolios of companies and partnerships, including the incorporation and/or registration of entities.
- Preparing documents relating to entity administration, including preparation of filings, consents, approvals, licenses, validations or exemptions required by Law.
- Liaising with clients, law firms, government offices, courier service providers, Registry of Corporate Affairs, intermediaries, and other interested parties to ensure client instructions are performed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining physical and electronic minute books and completing the administration of companies, partnerships and trusts in line with policies, procedures, and BVI Law.
- Updating the ViewPoint client database where necessary and assisting with maintaining the database’s integrity.
- Completing all tasks within prescribed timeframes and developing effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Handling and dealing with inquiries from clients, if necessary.
- Performing statutory filings with government agencies and regulatory bodies when necessary and in a timely manner.
- Providing general assistance and support to the Internal Compliance team with obtaining satisfactory due diligence on directors, shareholders, and partners.
- Providing general assistance and support to the Corporate Services team in the Cayman and HK offices, as and when necessary.
- Responding in a timely and professional manner to client requests and queries via email and telephone and ensuring that all emails are answered within a timely manner.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments and other duties related to the role as may, from time to time, be assigned to you by your Line Manager(s), the Partners, the Management team, or the COO.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4+ years’ of client-facing corporate services experience
- Minimum Associates Degree
- ICSA/STEP qualification is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in using the software “Viewpoint” is advantageous
- Experience in using the software “Aderant” is advantageous
- Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following:

- multi-task and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Good problem-solving skills
- Considerable knowledge of the workings of the Registry of Corporate Affairs
- A good working knowledge of VIRRGIN
- Considerable knowledge of the BVI Business Companies Act and ancillary legislation
- The ability to work in a team and adhere to the organization’s values, policies and procedures
Compensation and Benefits
Campbells offers an attractive salary commensurate with experience (range US$50K – US$65K), plus eligibility for overtime, 20 days’ leave per annum, and eligibility to join the Firm’s private health insurance plan, and pension benefits.
