Campbells is pleased to announce the appointments of Jane Hale, Guy Cowan and Kristy-Anne Leith* to Partner in our Hong Kong and Cayman Islands offices, effective 1 April 2023.
Jane Hale, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office, is a member of the Global Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Group, and specialises in commercial litigation with a particular focus on investment fund, partnership and shareholder disputes, as well as cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
Guy Cowan, based in the firm’s Cayman Islands office, is a member of the Global Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Group, and specialises in contentious insolvency and restructuring matters. He is also a Fellow of INSOL International.
Kristy-Anne Leith, based in the firm’s Cayman Islands office, is a member of the Global Corporate Group. Kristy-Anne advises on a broad range of corporate and fund matters, with a particular focus on FinTech transactions, including blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. She regularly advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets, investment funds (including cryptocurrency funds) and other corporate investment transactions.
These additions to the partnership come at a time of dynamic growth for Campbells, which has been driven by increasing client demand across all practice areas and a series of high-profile engagements.
