The wellbeing of our staff, clients and community in the current situation is a priority for us. As a result, the majority of our employees (including all staff in our Cayman Islands office) are now working remotely.
Campbells has a robust Business Continuity Plan and remote-working capabilities for our attorneys and staff, with secure access to all necessary external platforms in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands. However, if Government services and offices in those jurisdictions experience delays or closures, there may be some disruption to our services or delays to our usual response times as a result – currently, all Government registries, regulators and courts are operating and accepting filings.
