Campbells acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (“Kimou”), the largest developer and operator of large-scale electroplating industrial parks in China, in connection with its approximately HK$332 million initial public offering and listing of its 280,000,000 shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Founded in 2004, Kimou is the largest developer and operator of electroplating industrial parks for the electroplating industry in China, based on total revenue for 2018. It currently has two electroplating industrial parks in Huizhou, Guangdong and Tianjin Bingang in China, respectively, and provides a full range of services including rental facilities, wastewater treatment services and a variety of ancillary services to the tenants of the electroplating industrial parks.
