Campbells is pleased to announce that Jenny Nip has joined the firm’s Hong Kong office as a partner in the Corporate & Finance Group.
Jenny brings a wealth of experience to the firm. With her in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and the broader China market, Jenny will play a key role in developing the firm’s mainland China offering. Jenny specialises in corporate transactions including capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions, take-private deals and downstream private equity financing and investment deals. Jenny has extensive experience in representing issuers, arrangers and investors in connection with pre-IPO financings and listing of BVI and Cayman Islands companies on global stock exchanges, including Hong Kong and New York.
In addition to her corporate practice, Jenny also has significant expertise in advising international banks, financial institutions, leasing companies and corporations on bank finance and debt capital market transactions.

Prior to joining Campbells, Jenny was a Partner with Maples and Calder in Hong Kong. Jenny is also fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese and was recently recognised as a Top Ten outstanding offshore lawyer, by Asian Legal Business.
